Our retreats are designed to help attendees rekindle their spirit and open their hearts to new possibilities. Our programs focus on mindfulness, adventure, and relaxation, allowing women to explore and discover the power of nature and the beauty of themselves.

Have you been meaning to make it to a yoga class for who knows how long?
We've got you covered.

Our gentle yoga class is a great way to relax, stretch your body while clearing your mind and will set the tone for the retreat. We provide an atmosphere where you can take the time to focus on yourself and bring balance into your life. Our instructor, Michelle, will guide you through a series of gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises to help you find peace and tranquility.

You will need to bring your own mat. If you don't have one, a blanket that can be folded over will work great.

Find yourself lost in nature.

The guided hike portion of the retreat is the perfect way to experience the breathtaking nature that surrounds us and connect with the outdoors.


Tiffany will lead you on an invigorating journey, helping you to appreciate the serenity of the forest while offering suggestions about how to reap the benefits of being in nature. Whether you are an experienced hiker or a beginner, our guided hike will be sure to leave you feeling relaxed and inspired.

The hiking trails range from easy to moderate terrain . We will be taking a slower pace in general and you're encouraged to go at your own pace, as well.

What's the setting?

The retreats take place in the solitude and serenity of the land that houses Wilderland Glamping Cabins. The cabins are not available for rent during the retreat, so the property is fully reserved for retreat participants only. 

During the retreat, one of the cabins will be our base camp and open for use of the amenities, including the indoor private bathroom. There will be water for refilling your water bottles and an indoor space to rest if needed. 

All activities take place outdoors. In the event of predicted sever weather conditions on the day of the retreat, the retreat may be rescheduled. Otherwise, the retreat will go on. Refunds are not available but your registration can be transferred to another woman if need be.

A tranquil setting is really important for us to provide to all participants which is why each retreat date only has a very limited number of reservations available. Book early!

    • This time is held for you to do something or nothing. Some ideas might be to read, journal, meditate, pray, nap, solo-hike, or simply watch the clouds go by.​

Buddhist Singing Bowl

Experience deep relaxation during the sound healing experience.

Sound Therapist, Libby Medlin of Essential Balance Holistic Wellness, will educate us on the benefits of sound therapy and how it effects the body. She will utilize vibrational frequencies generated by tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and bells to align and balance your chakras (energetic centers in the body), producing a higher vibrational state. This experience will balance your energy and be extremely relaxing.

To really sink into the experience, you're encouraged to bring any accessories that may help you relax, ie. eye mask, pillow, blanket, bolster.
